Our integration provides the perfect may to manage your events and get the word out with personalized email invitations.

MailChimp automatically imports your event details straight from your event and creates a customizable invitation template, allowing you to get the word out fast — no coding required. MailChimp tracks responses to your event invitations, and with their powerful segmentation tools you can target subscribers by zip code, gender and other metrics that you choose. MailChimp also shares our obsession with the power of social media tools – you can share your event invitations across Facebook, Twitter and several other sites with just one click.

MailChimp put a great blog post together, detailing how to get the most out of the partnership.

When you sign up via Eventbrite, MailChimp will add a $25 credit to your account when you make your first purchase, give you free advanced reports, and 3 free inbox inspections. They have all sorts of pricing options including free and pay-as-you-go. Signup here to get the Eventbrite discount.

We hope you love this union as much as we do, check out the great video that our friends at MailChimp put together:

One of the most powerful and popular features in the Eventbrite promotional toolbox just got easier to use and even more powerful. Eventbrite event holders have long enjoyed the ability to send mass email reminders to their attendees — either to people who’ve already registered for an upcoming event or who attended any one of their events in the past. Email marketing is a key driver of event success, and a great way to foster community between events. The only limitation is that you had to remember to send them, lol. Well, we’re pleased to announce that mass email messages can now be scheduled in advance right from your event management dashboard. Just click on “Email Attendees” under the “Attendees” menu. You can set a specific future calendar date and time for your email blast or backtrack from the event start date. We’ve also added a full-featured WYSIWYG HTML editor, for easier formatting. Enjoy!

For more details about this new feature, read the email reminders tutorial.
