Sarah Lacy, author of “Once You’re Lucky, Twice You’re Good: The Rebirth of Silicon Valley and the Rise of Web 2.0″ recently announced a multi-city book tour.  In her own words: “I’m looking for places that have a thriving entrepreneur scene  and a cool indie book store or bar that would sponsor the event.
