Putting Data in Your Hands with Faster, Sleeker Event Reporting

When you’re planning an event, understanding what’s going on with your event and ticket sales allows you to make smarter decisions for a more successful event—whether that’s reallocating your marketing spend, knowing how much food to order, or inviting more people to your event.

All of these optimizations put data in your hands quickly and easily. What kind of data, you ask?

  • View all the information you collected about your attendees during registration in the Attendee Summary report, and easily export it to Excel.
  • Get a quick breakdown of how many tickets you’ve sold and how much you’ve made from each ticket type in the Sales By Ticket Type report.
  • If you asked your guests for extra information like meal preferences or t-shirt sizes during registration, view their answers in the Survey Questions report.
  • Use the Promotion Code Usage report to understand how your different promotional channels are performing, and adjust your marketing spend accordingly.
  • View your attendees’ IP addresses in the Attendee Geography report to understand where your guests are coming from.
  • After your event, see when everyone arrived, and on what device they were checked in, with the Event Attendance by Time report.
  • See which ticket types drove the highest attendance with the Event Attendance vs No Shows report.
  • Use the Orders report to view payment information and fees for all orders, as well as edit orders and issue refunds.
  • See who bought merchandise and how much they paid in the Merchandise Summary report.
  • Use the Sales Summary report to settle accounts with vendors and partners, or as a quick summary of your event for your records.
  • Use the Attendee Transfer report to see who has transferred to different events, and the difference in what they paid.

The next time you need to provide your boss with real-time stats or give a vendor a last-minute update, you can pull your reports in a snap.
